The Perfectly Built Gypsy Cob! 10 year old Imported English Stallion Pedigree Unknown (but I'm Investigating through friends in England) 14.1-14.2 hh Finally! Our dream horse is here and we couldn't be happier! RIO is an absolutely stunning, imported English stallion and he is the horse we have searched for, for well over 2 years. Our Perfect Boy! When Jeff called and said he was in southern California and was available, we jumped in the car and went to see him. My jaw dropped when I saw him and we committed to him on the spot! And that's after looking at well over 200 stallions both here and overseas. He comes complete with incredible Gypsy Type, Color, Conformation, short, short back, incredible shoulder, Up-headed and Balanced, WIDTH, BONE, a Fabulous Disposition, HAIR, a Beautiful Head with an adorable moustache;-), AND THE FEATHER!!! He Moves like a Dream! He is also broke to Drive and Ride. I could go on and on, but I think you can see the quality right through the dirt and mud. Photos can't even begin to tell the story on this magnificent stallion. One look in person and we think you'll agree! We are Blessed. A once in a lifetime True Fairy Tale Horse! Keep an eye out for formal photos (of him cleaned up and brushed out) and updates!! Our heartfelt thanks to Jeff and Christine for allowing us to purchase this once in a life time stallion! This PROVEN PRODUCER of HIGH QUALITY FOALS will stand to only a few outside mares in 2008 at a stud fee of $1,500. RIO is one of the MOST STUNNING and Charismatic Horses I have ever had the pleasure to meet! When he comes trotting towards me with feathers flying, he gives me goose-bumps. He will leave a prepotent mark in the Gypsy Horse world and certainly in your mind!
Just Out Grazing August '08 We figured his feather was laying on the grass spread out at about 5 - 6 inches! As you can see it's just very short bermuda grass. Mane growing back in nicely too!

Journey's End '07 Filly out of The Journey Mare Not the best photos, but I spent some time with this filly and she's really cute and absolutely loaded with FEATHER! It was difficult to get photos of this girl as we had all kinds of "help" with her pasture mates! More photos of this filly hopefully coming soon! FOR SALE! Inquire. I have her listed for a friend that is moving and doesn't have a web-site. She's very sweet and is built nice (the filly...lol). She's been chewed on, but if she grows hair like her dad, it'll be back in no time at all! She has not been color tested.
