Our beautiful Tazi!!  A very striking tank of a mare!  Imported from England.  Her sire Taz (see his photo at the bottom of the page), has a reputation for producing bodies and she doesn't disappoint...heavy in body and in bone!  She's got plenty of hair too!   Her mane is growing back very quickly after she had rubbed it out.  Her tail is dragging the ground!  And talk about a powerhouse of a mover!!  You can feel the ground move when she trots by!  Tazi is very sweet and loves to hang out with her people and "four legged" friends!  She loves her baths and is just so easy to get along with.  Color possibilities with her too!  As a broodmare, she settled quickly and carried without incident.  She foaled without any complications and had plenty of milk.  To see Pippa, go her her own page on this site.  Tazi was excellent with us handling her little girl too.  

Tazi was bred by Stevie Down "SD FARM" in England.  Stevie is considered to be one of the top Gypsy Horse breeders in the UK.

Tazi's Gorgeous Sire "Taz" by the "SD" stallion Laddie.  

Taz is a homozygous bay and white (although he kinda looks like a black and white in this photo - he's not) with blue eyes.  Tazi got her sire's color, hair  and beautiful build!
